Jim Barbour is the Broker of Record and Operating Principal of KW Flagship Realty, serving Erie County,

Northwest Pennsylvania, and Western New York. He holds a New York Real Estate Salesperson License and

works primarily in Chautauqua County and the surrounding Western NY region. Jim specializes in commercial

brokerage and investment real estate, advising business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants on

acquisition, disposition, and leasing strategy.

With over 31 years of combined experience as a real estate professional and investor, Jim is known for calm

leadership, high integrity, and disciplined execution. He represents clients in transactions where the details

matter; lease structure, expense pass-throughs, tenant improvement negotiation, renewal options, valuation,

and risk, and he is valued for his ability to simplify complex deals while protecting client leverage from start to

finish.

Jim brings a business-owner mindset to every transaction. He has built and sold multiple companies, including

an international consulting business that grew to nearly $3 million in annual revenue by its second year. That

executive background gives him a strong command of financial performance, operational requirements, risk

management, and negotiation dynamics, the realities that drive commercial real estate decisions beyond just

price per square foot.

As an investor, Jim has evaluated and owned real estate in multiple U.S. markets, including the San Francisco

Bay Area, Minneapolis, Detroit, and the Washington, D.C. region. That national perspective helps clients

identify value others miss, evaluate upside and downside, and structure transactions for stronger returns and

long-term stability.

Jim is a member of the Greater Erie Board of REALTORS®, Chautauqua Cattaraugus Board of REALTORS®,

the National Association of REALTORS®, and the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®. He stays current

on market conditions and local trends so clients can act with confidence and timing.

Originally from Monroeville, Pennsylvania, Jim lives in North East (Erie County) with his family. He is a Past

Master of two Masonic Lodges and currently serves as Secretary of the North East Lodge, reflecting a long-
